Toyota Repair: 1986 22re efi no start, jumper wire, diagnostic check

truck sat for a few years, gas tank was totally empty, put in 5 gallons gas and it won't start, ran fine before it was parked? How would I check to see if fuel is getting to injectors?

Answer
The fuel pump can be turned on by putting a short jumper wire in the diagnostic check connector under the hood, it should be  located near the right fender, open the cover and locate the terminals fP and B+, with the key on and the jumper in the fuel pump should run.
