The rors can be removed by first removing the brake calipers, remove the 14mm nuts and pull the caliper off, the brake pads stay on the caliper bracket, next remove the two 17mm bolts on the brackets and remove the bracket with the pads, the rotors just pull off the hub, it may be necessary to tap on the center with a hammer to loosen them, you can also use an 8mm bolt to insert in the threaded holes on the flange, tighten the bolt to press the rotor off the hub.
