Toyota Repair: 92 camry overheating, power steering pump, toyota camry

Question
I have a 92 toyota camry, 6 cyl, 3.0 engine that is overheating. I have replaced the radiator and both caps, the water pump, the timing belt, the fan switch, the thermostat yet it continues to overheat. The hydraulic fan that runs off of the power steering is supposed to run at 1100 rpms. How can I check that? Can you think of what else could be wrong? I have also check and the block isn't cracked.

Answer
The hydraulic fan was a bad idea and can cause a lot of problems, the fan is run from hydraulic pressure from the power steering pump, there is a control solenoid on the pump, it has an electrical connector on it, the solenoid is controlled by the fan computer, it will open and close to provide more or less pressure based on the engine temperature input to the computer, when the engine is hot the fan should turn real fast, maximum speed, if it doesn't check to make sure the electrical connector is secured on to the solenoid, in about 90% of cases like this the solenoid is not connected.
