Toyota Repair: 98 Camry 2.2L 4 Cyl 100000 miles, air ducting, fan blower

Question
I was recently driving my camry and doing nothing unusual when the AC fan stop blowing on the level 2 position.  I tried levels 1,2, and 3 and none would produce any air, but the ac still looked like it was on and using power.  When I switch to level 4, the air blows cold and strong, but I would not always want it blowing at level 4.  Is there any way to correct this problem?

Answer
There is a resistor that controls the fan speeds based on what setting the control is set on, this resistor needs to be replaced, it's located under the glove box in the evaporator housing or the air ducting, it will help if you get the new one first from the toyota dealer so you know what it looks like. It's called the fan blower resistor.
