Toyota Repair: Toyota Power Window Passenger Side problem, toyota camry, window regulator

Hi Ted,
My daughters 1994 Toyota Camry has a power window problem on the passenger side. It has sporadically worked on and off over the past few years. It recently was opened and now is stuck about 2" from being closed. Would like to fix this problem and need advice on troubleshooting and fixing this problem.

There are two known problems, the window motor and the window regulator, remove the door panel for inspection, if the window tries to move but gets stuck it's probably the regulator that is causing the problem, if the is no movement at all then the motor is the problem, in some cases both will have to be replaced.
