Toyota Repair: Toyota runs hot, coolant leaks, internal leaks

Our toyota Gets warmed up, The guage runs alittle under half Then it will creep  up to 3 quarters.if you turn the heat on it seems to help, Sometimes.  Purchased a #1  fan relay no help. The rad is pumping the the anti into overflow.    I put about ahalf a liter or so of anti so i can go.......Please help !!

It's hard to be of any help without knowing what year/model toyota it is and what the mileage is but the most common areas that cause overheating are external coolant leaks or internal leaks such as a headgasket leak, it could also be a coolant circulation problem caused by a stuck thermostat or a clogged up radiator or electric cooling fans that don't turn on.
