Toyota Repair: 86 Toyota Corona all sorts of dramas, toyota corona, hazard light

Question
i purchased this car about 2 1/2 months ago n it was fine,
it is a 2.0 Ltr carberator fed 4 cylinder, i have taken the carby's air filter out and replaced it with a POD kit,

my problem is i have lost my indicators, hazard light and horn, ihave replaced the flasher unit twice with no change, when i replace the hazard n horn fuse i get them back till use i use them about 4 maybe 5 time then the fuse blows, i have replaced the fuses about 3 time and that every single fuse.

To go on top of that no when it idles it feels like it wants to stalland nearly has stalled a couple of time under heavy breaking. It has never actually stalled because when i comes close i just put it back into neutral and give it a little bit of gas to keep the rev's up.

Thanks for your time any help would be greatly appreciated

Answer
I think you first check your fuses for proper current rating.  check your electrical wiring for any short or partially short circuit. Check that your battery neutral connection to the dash board is properly connected without any rust and corrosion.  Now coming to the second part of your question. check and adjust the idling speed mixture. check the vaccum lines connected to the Carburettor.
