Toyota Repair: fan, side kick panel, toyota camery

i have a 93 toyota camery LE and i live up in alberta canada where the temp is -33 tonight ...n my car is going through a crises ..today the heat inside wasnt working .. when i say heat i mean the fan wont turn on do u think maybe the fuse is out or something .. and if its the fuse where do i find the fan fuse .. i know of one place under the drivers side where some of the fuses are is tht were teh fan fuse wld also b

The heater blower fan is located directly under the glove box, there is an electrical connector on it, you can remove the connector and then apply 12 volts directly to one of the terminals and ground the other one to see if the motor spins the fan, if not the fan motor needs to be replaced, if it does remove the right side kick panel and look for the heater/ac fuse near the heater relay.
