there a sign in my car sayin ''check engine i dont know what that means so can u help me ..

The check engine light is on because there is a problem with the emission control system on the vehicle, I can't tell you what that may be unless I know what the trouble code stored in the onboard computer is, my advise is to take it into the toyota dealer and have them connect the diagnostic scantool to see what the trouble code is then you can get back to me and I may be able to help more.
