Toyota Repair: Picking career, hourly wage, new model

Question
I know this is not the most polite question to ask, but I am about to start pursuing a career with Toyota and before I commit I wanted to ask someone who made it to the highest level as a technician. What is the hourly wage for a Toyota Master Diagnostic Technicians. What do you have to do to break $100k a year. How long does it take to get there from the beginning. What is the best way to go about it. Sorry if my questions seem blunt or too forward.

you can do over 100K
Need to have ALL Toyota classes, new model courses and ALL 8 ASE, including L1 to be Toyota MDT.
You need to have 3 years exp. at a dealer.
You  can earn 25-30 $ an hour at Master rate.

Depends on you, your dealer and some other variables on how long to get there.
Took me 5 years.
