Toyota Repair: very rough cold idle, 22r motor, cold motor

Question
My 86 Toyota PU with 22R motor idles very roughly when cold. When at normal operating temp idle seems to be normal. This PU has a carburator checked EGR seems ok. Seems to be running very rich (heavy on fuel)when cold but seem ok when at normal operating temp. Also when cold motor is firing on all cylinders but does not seem to running all cylinders. Can remove two plug wires while cold and does not effect motor sound.

Answer
There is an engine misfire, if you can remove plug wires with no effect on the engine then those cylinders are not working, this could be caused by bad ignition parts, wires, spark plugs or it could be a mechanical problem like a loss of compression or even a leaking headgasket, have it checked for those possibilities.
