Toyota Repair: electrical problems, toyota corolla, dash lights

i have a 92 toyota corolla and i have no parking lights in back when i start it..i have break lights and both flashers work but there is nothing besides that....after like driving for half an hour they tend to come on along with my dash lights......and my left flasher tends to work when it wants to i dont know if that is related to the other problems...im sick of driving at night not knowing how fast im going or worrying about getting hit from behind because no one cab see me....please help me ....thank you

Have you checked the fuse marked "tail" try replacing it, both the dash lights and the tai/parking lights are on this same circuit. Whenever the instrument lights go out the tail lights will go out also. Check all the bulbs and make sure the correct bulbs are installed in each of the sockets.
