Toyota Repair: hard starting, throttle body, control valve

Question
My 2000 Avalon is sometimes hard to start unless I press on the accelerator when cranking it. I think I need to adjust the throtle valve.
Does this sound like the right diagnosis? Do you know of a good site with a discription of how to adjust the throtle valve?

Answer
There is no idle adjustment possible, the idle is controlled by the computer.
The problem is the idle speed control valve located on the throttle body, the throttle body has to be removed and the ISC valve removed from the throttle body, then it can be cleaned, if done correctly it will fix the idle problem.
