Toyota Repair: asking for some details,plz., toyota celica 1988, toyota celica

Hello,
I have a toyota celica 1988 twin cam 16v 1.6.
I want to ask what is the tires's size and details by toyota for this car since I don't have the user manual. I had a problem with the police here, at me the tires are R15 and they say that they have to be R13 (and 195/60, at me now 205/50) and please, can I some how get a copy of the user manual to print it and take it as document? just concerning the tires.
Another question, I am not sure if it is allowed to fill 95octan gas for this car, it's written that this car has to be filled by super only, if not, follow the manual instruction. So would you help me with this too?
I bought this car about 2 weeks ago, a very good and smooth driving car.

I the dealer there can't get it then you might try eBay.  The fuel, unless your state has control of this 87 to 93 is all we have around here unless you go to the airport for 105, from what I get your saying 95 is not your super?  I will try to find the tire size out for you.
