Toyota Repair: fuel pump, fuel pump, fuses

recently, I ran out of gas in my 92 Toyota small truck with a fuel injected engine I put gas in the tank but now it will not crank could you tell me what to check to trouble shoot this problem did I burn up my fuel pump, do I have debris in the lines.  I checked the fuses; they are fine    Thank you

When you say it won't crank do you mean the engine does not turn over at all, or does it turn over when turning the key and not start, if it won't turn over check the battery and the connections, if there is a clicking noise when turning the key to start the starter could be the problem, if it turns over but won't fire up let me know.
