Toyota Repair: LACK OF POWER, fuse boxes, airflow meter

Question
IHAVE A 1993 TOYOTA P/U TRUCK 4WD EXTENDED CAB WITH A
22RE 4CYL. ENGINE AND 5 SPEED MANUAL TRANSMISSION.
THE ENGINE IDLES ERRATICALLY AFTER IT WARMS UP. AND THE WARMER THE OUTSIDE TEMPURATURE IS THE MORE LACK OF
POWER IT HAS.I'VE REPLACED IGNITOR,COIL,AIRFLOW METER,
FUELPUMP,FUEL FILTER,SPARKPLUGS,ROTOR BUTTON,CAP,PLUG
WIRES,DISTRIBUTOR,PVC,TIMING CHAIN AND GEARSAND CHAIN
DAMPERS.
I RECENTLY HAD THE HEAD RESUFACED AND VALVESEATS MACHINED. IPUT NEW HEAD GASKET SET ON AND NEW VALVES IN. I'VE ALSO CHECKED TIMING,ADJUSTED VALVES, TRACKED WIRING,CHECKED ALL CONNECTIONS THAT I KNOW OF,FUSE BOXES,FUSES AND THIER LOCATION THAT THEY BELONG,ALL RELAYS,COMPRESSION CHECK IS GOOD. VACUUM IS GOOD.-AFTER ALLTHIS WORK, IT STILL PERFORMS THE SAME. I HAVEN'T REPLACED THE ECU YET.    "HELP ME PLEASE".

Answer
After all that about the only place to check that I can think of is the catalityc converter, it may be clogged up, this may explain the lack of power and could possibly cause the rratic idle, disconnect the converter and liminate it from the exhaust and see if there is an improvement.
