Small Engines (Lawn Mowers, etc.): Toro Blade replacement, blade replacement, personal pace

The mower is a Toro model 20018 s/n230057981. A 22" Personal Pace mower. Problem: The blade was not removed enough for sharpening so the blade is now rusted to the bolt that holds it on. What is the best way to remove the blade for replacement? Tried liquids and that did not help. Thanks!

Yes this will be a problem if you have access to a air tool so you can use a Impact wrench,that s one way. I am sure there is a tire place that can help you. The other way is for you to block the blade from moving and then put a 1/2 drive and the correct socket and give it all you got. have someone help you hold the mower so it doesn't get away.
