Toyota Repair: misfire codes, timing belt replacement, plenum chamber

I am working on a 1994 toyota camry 3.0 v6 1mz-fe egine vin# jt2gk12e0r0021136.
 
I replace the timing belt and water pump on monday 02-23-04 ran great when i finished ran great next day on 2-25-04 that night when custmer started it up it started running ruff and engine light came on i ran the codes with our scanner and found multi misfire code and misfire on cyl  1,3 & 5 i am at a loss what it could be i looked at the plugs they look great.

Hello Steve, welcome to my expert page.
Cylinders 1,3,5 are all on bank one, all the coil packs are on bank two, so we can rule them out because there would also be a misfire with one of the even numbered cylinders, I'm going to guess that the problem was not there before the timing belt replacement, the only thing I can think of is that there may be some ground wires for the ecu that may be loose, check the ones on the end of the intake chamber on the right side, there is also a ground point on the backside of the plenum chamber they may not be tight, let me know if this helps.
