Toyota Repair: water from air conditioner, toyota camry, c drain

Question
how can i release water stuck from air conditioner and flooding front floor of car (99 toyota camry).  Can i get under the car?  where's the plug?  I think someone solved the problem last year with an air hose, but i don't know what to take apart.

The a/c drain hose exits through the firewall either on the right side or underneath on the right, you may be able to insert some sort of wire that bends easily to loosen whatever is clogging it, normally leaves get in there through the outside vents.
