Tractor Repair: Ford 2000 series clutch, clutch disk, series tractor

Question
I have a Ford 2000 series tractor with gas engine.  After a month of sitting unused I went to start it. It was in neutral at starting (runs OK) however the clutch would not disengage, however, I managed to get it in gear, engine died but now cannot get it out of gear, it was fine a month ago. Any suggestions or is this a major issue.

Answer
  Hello,

The clutch disk is stuck to the flywheel.  Since there is no inspection cover to access the clutch, it will probably have to be split if you can't break it loose.  You will have to get the pressure off the gears in order to get it back into neutral.  Try turning the engine backwards with the fan, or pulling it with another tractor, or truck, or whatever.
