Tractor Repair: no RPM, full stream, inline filter

I have a G310E case crawler. The carburetor is a Zenith. When I step on the gas pedal the tractor dies. When I load the front bucket it dies and Gas runs out the carburetor.

  If you have gas running out of the carburetor, there's either dirt in the gas, or the needle and seat in the carburetor are leaking and should be replaced.  Remove the carburetor and clean it out and replace the needle and seat.  Make sure the fuel supply is clean.  Install an inline filter if necessary.  Check the fuel flow from the tank to make sure it's not restricted.   You need a full stream coming out of the tank.
