Tractor Repair: Craftsman Kohler engine, largest lawn tractor they sell, v belt, lawn tractor

I've had this tractor for 2 years and in using it the other day, the blades just quit working. No obstructions. Starter works for4 mower to go forward or backward. Any ideas.

Does this machine have the blades driven by a large v belt under nearth, check with the manual?
If so then it
sounds like the main drive belt has broken or just come off the pulleys . You should be able to put it back on or replace it, with the help of your manual.
Jack it up and have a look. Be careful down there.
