Triumph Repair: Engine wont start, engine cranks, tech tip

Howard.. I had my 1976 TR6 in storage for 8 months.  After a good battery charge, the engine cranks hard but will not start. Can you provied some advice on what to try ?  Not sure if its a spark or fuel problem.
