thanks ken

Answer
Ken, when it will not start, it is either too much fuel or not enough fuel. This is easy to test. When it fails to start, spray either starting fluid in the intake or something like WD-40 works well. If it then starts you know it is a lack of fuel. Low float level or fuel pump problems or in hot weather the fuel may boil out in the float chamber.
If spraying fuel does not start it, pull a couple of plug quickly to see if they are wet. If so, it is flooding and you need to look at too high float level or high fuel pump pressure. You also need to check the float chamber vent system. Open it to outside air for a test.
let me know,
