UK Car Repair: No start No power to dash panel, power fuses, jaguar xj6

I have a 1997 Jaguar xj6 (I am in America).It gets no power to the dash panel which normally lights up with the turn of the key nor does it make any attempt to start.The lights and accessories work, including the horn which seems to be the only thing working in the steering wheel area. I've pulled and checked all the fuses in the car, disconnected the battery for 5 minutes,and I've replaced all the brown relays one at a time with a known good ones.

Hello. did you check the main power fuses, one in the boot and one under the rear seat (not with the heel fuseboxes) on the right side.  The next step would be to check feeds to the Ign controlled relays one in each rear seat heel fusebox. They are black/brown and are right next to the fuses.  If no luck you have to go to the ignition switch and check feeds in and out!
