UK Car Repair: 2002 Jaguar x type 2.5, jaguar x type, power steering rack

Aug 2006 I had a leaking Power steering rack replaced, which was under Warranty. Now I have a Lekat steering line, which is not under warranty. My Question is : What is the diffrence between a Steering line and a hose. Warranty shows hoses not covered, lines are not mention. Please Help. Thank You

Well, there are hoses and there are pipe assemblies,(they are sometimes referred to slangily as "lines").  Hoses are usually the low pressure conduits and pipes are high pressure. More to the point is why you are having these leaks in such a new vehicle, one would suspect that there may be a high pressure fault in the system OR, perhaps the pipe wasn't fitted properly.  I advise you to have someone else check the problem and get another opinion!
