Answer
Hi Zunair;
The process of combustion, in a gasoline engine requires both an ignition source, ie. the spark plug, but it also requires a fuel.  If the spark plugs are all OK, and there is still a misfire, it could be the fuel injectors themselves...have you ever had them cleaned?
This is by no means the complete answer, but it will probably help, and pretty much, can't hurt.  However, there is another possibility with the ignition, or sparking system too.  What if the wires that feed signals to the coils are losing voltage.  Check for cracks in the insulation of the wiring harness that goes to the spark plug coils.  There have been many 1.8T 4 cylinder engines that have had this happen, and it creates a misfire, too.  Good luck Zunair.
