I have a 1999 volvo s80 t6 and i got a jump and when i got in to drive home i noticed the speedometer rpm gauge and fuel gauge suddenly werent working they didnt even move while im drivibg i dont know how fast him going or if i have gas and my internal turn signals ardent working either thank god the otter lights are working fine though what wrong how can i fix it as a D.I.Y. project?

You can have damaged the instrument. Cluster it happens now the new cluster cost over $1500. But good news you can take out the old one send it fixed to the place I deal with for less than $600 his email is volvochicago@live.com ask him be got also info how to remove install it also
