Volvo Repair: starting problems, neutral safety switch, switch problem

QUESTION: problem 2weeks old,  always starts cold,starter replaced 1year ago,has alwawy started,but must now turn key 5 10 20 30 times to start position to crank

ANSWER: Frank, I have problems too.  My problem is that you didnt tell me what year and model you have, so I cant help you until you give me that information.

Frank, I'd be a Millionaire if I could do that.  HA.  Anyway, it sounds almost like a ignition switch problem or a problem with the neutral safety switch.  Try to start the car in neutral and try moving the shifter a little while trying to start the car.  It may also be another bad starter.  Roger
