Volvo Repair: Turns signals keep failing, volvo s70, 1998 volvo s70

Hi, I have a 1998 VOLVO S70. The turn signals work intermitently. If I sit at a light with the turn signal on they stop some times and they just stay on and doesn't flash. This is the same with either side and hazzards. I thought it might be the relay or just the hazzard switch, but am not sure. It seems that if I push the hazzard button in and out several time quicly it resets and teh signals work for another very short period of time. Any help appreciated.

The lights are computer controlled so you'll need to have a good shop at it to determine the problem accurately.  Too hard to do without seeing the car.  Usually there is a minimal diagnostic fee just to get the cause determined.  Once it is determined i can guide you through how to do the procedure they prescribe to fix the problem if you like.
