Volvo Repair: 1998 s70 volvo, high beams, headlight switch

Hi, and thank you.

Left headlight won't go on. Replaced both bulbs, new battery. Running lights work, high beams work.
So do all other lights. I don't see anything loose.

if it is just the one side it could be a bad connection or possible fuse.check the fuses to be sure I think there is a fuse for each side.if both are out the headlight switch is a common problem try wiggling the switch and see if it works then.if it does  the switch is bad.
