Volvo Repair: 1995 - 854T - 93,000 MILES, fuel gauge, center numbers

Question
1) Alignment tech couldn't set front camber within -1.0 to +1.0 spec. Camber is -1.4 left, -1.2 right. Is this cause for concern? Would you advise having camber adjustment kits installed?

2) Caster is +2.2 left, 2.8 right. I was told there's no way to adjust left caster to +2.3 spec. Is this cause for concern?

3) Fuel gauge sometimes remains below empty when vehicle is started. If I turn ignition off and on several times, fuel gauge operates. When fuel gauge operates after turning ignition off/on, information center numbers go haywire (for example, it shows an outside temperature of 200). Turning the information center selector switch through its positions then causes the numbers displayed to become normal. Dealer says fuel tank sender needs to be replaced, but if problem is with sender, I don't see why turning ignition off/on would cause gauge to operate and simultaneously cause info center numbers to go haywire. I'd very much appreciate any suggestions you can make.

Answer
as long as it rides ok and the tires are wearing ok it should be ok.as long as cross camber(the difference between left and right)is ok it should not pull.same goes for the caster.to fix caster it would need a new strut.

it could be that ther are 2 problems.it will really need to be checked when the problem is present to determine the exact cause.I have not seen many problems such as this.I have seen other problems with the instrument cluster circuit boards.
