Cadillac: 2000 Deville DTS, fluid leaks, trans fluid

Question
I just purchased a cadillac 2000 deville dts Friday (3/11/05). Checked this car carefully for oil and fluid leaks at the dealership. Checked the transaxle dipstick and the fluid level was okay.  Drove the car approximately 34 miles to my home, parked the car and it hasn't moved since.  This morning Sunday (3/13/05) noticed trans fluid under the car. It didn't appear to be much, but when I checked the dipstick, there is no reading on the stick.  You can look down into the resevoir and its empty.  this car has 51597 miles on it. I will be calling the dealer and the morning, but I'am afraid to start or move this car.  I hope I don't get into a hassle with these people.  I paid cash for this car, brought an extended warranty, still waiting for that paperwork and the permanent plates to come in the mail. Can you advise?

Answer
Just add some appropriate fluid to the transmission so as to fill it up to the proper level and as long as the transmission shifts OK, drive it back to the dealership.

OR you can call them and explain your problem and IF they are reputable, they will send a tow truck out and pick it up.
