Chevrolet: 92 Chevy Cavalier A/C, chevy cavalier, open position

My A/C is cold and the blower seems to be working hard but not much air is coming out of the vents. Any thoughts? Is there a filter I can change or any way to gain access to the heat exchanger to clean it?

  Hi -  well I would check to see that the vents are all in the open position ,  and look for any ducts that might be loose or  closed. I do not see any reason for anything to get into the system , there is no filter but  I would just look everything over and check that each vent is fully open.
