Chevrolet: 99 malibu ABS Light, Brake Light, windows & A/C issue, abs light, grounding wires

Question
When I start my 99 Malibu, the ABS Light and Brake light will come on and remain on for up to 5 minutes. While those lights are on, I can not lower my windows, and the A/C does not come on. Check engine light may or may not also come on, so not sure if it's related.
Once the lights go off, everyting works. New ignition switch installed last week, but that only solved the problem for about 3 days. Also, this will not happen every time, but at least 3 out of 5 starts. What else can I look at?

   I would have a computer put on to see what codes come up ,this way you will see what is wrong , also I would check for any shorts , broken wires, or grounding wires,etc, but it all could be from the cars computer messing up .or a sensor.  ok
