GM-GMC: 7.4 LITER ENGINE, engine oil cooler, liter engine

I HAVE 1988 K3500 1 TON 4 WH. DRIVE PICKUP AND WANT  TO KNOW IF THESE CAME STANDARD WITH A TYPE OF ENGINE OIL COOLER. ON MY VEHICLE THERE ARE TWO PRESSURE LINES THAT RUN FROM THE RADIATOR TO THE OIL FILTER CASTING. COULD YOU TELL ME IF THIS IS O.E.M OR AFTERMARKET? THANK YOU.
