But it is worse state of affair that car is still geting hot and make steam as well as coolant finished even after 20 miles or use AC. I am much confused and there is also advice me to change the engine. please also tell me either I change my engine D12B1 with D15 or not.

Answer
Altaf,

The most common cause of overheating on almost any engine is the thermostat, after time, the spring in the thermostat sticks and does not move anymore causing heat to build up in the engine block.

I would change this part out first and put fresh coolant/anti-freeze in. The only time you replace a head gasket is if you see white smoke coming out of the exhaust, that tells you that the head gasket is bad. Also, if you find oil in the engine coolant or coolant in the crankcase oil.

I hope this helps.

PS

If the problem continous to exist, it may be a dead waterpump.
