Mercedes: CLK 280 Cabriolet 2007, plastic rings, left hand side

My boot separator has come loose and the car roof will not come down.  Two small plastic rings fell off the left hand side attachment, about 2cm diameter each.  My car has just come off warranty and I really would like to fix this myself if at all possible.
