Volvo: ABS Service Engine Light, brake warning light, s 70

Question
I just replace the ABS module on my S-70 2000 (built 1999, initially I had the brake, ABS and service engine lights on; after a short drive, the ABS and brake  warning light are off. However, the service engine light still on (that warning was not present before I replace the ABS module).
Do I need to take the car to a dealer to reset the warning system?

Answer
Ramon,
The check engine light means a code is stored in it and might be due to the ABS. If the fault is now gone a few drive cycles without fault will allow the light to go out. You can also read and clear the codes with a scanner. So if the car runs ok drive it for a few days, if the light stays on have the codes read and adddressed as needed.
