Volvo: 850 AC lightbulb replacment, tiny bulb, watt bulb

Question
my 1995  850 wagon has the "manual climate controls".  There is a bulb which should illuminate when the AC is switched on.... mine is burned out. The AC works fine, and the bulb/switch next to it which indicates whether you are circulating outside air or recirculating  cabin air works just fine.   It must be a VERY tiny bulb.   Any hints as replacing this bulb and what type of bulb it is?

Thank you.

Answer
Ted,
Some of those small bulbs are very specific. Some use a 1.2 watt bulb without a metal base and others use a bulb that has a plastic base that is part of the bulb. There are also some where the bulb is not replaceable. Go to the dealer and get the bulbs before you start, unless there is no other way to get them except to match them up. You should once the control head is out be able to see the bulb socket(s).
