Tips on Buying Cars: Finding the right car., finding the right car, european car magazine

I wonder if you could please come up with a list of cars within £15k-22k, 40,000 miles (approx) on the clock, or under. Age: 4 yrs or under. Between 2.0 and 2.5 litre engine. Over 165BHP, 0-62mph in under 8.5sec, urban fuel economy over 20miles/gallon. Must have good air conditioning system, CD player, and preferably leather seats. I need the best possible list of cars obtainable in London. It doesnt need to be exactly within all requirements, but close enough.

I would love to answer this question, but I don't live in england... and I don't know what all options that opens you up to, but it is far more than we have here.  European cars are cheaper there, you have great brands like peugeot, vauxhaul, alfa, opel... and the american/japanese "imports" (imports to you atleast) - I'm sorry but I dont have any experience with any of your options over there, so my opinion would be useless in comparison to your potential. I suggest asking a UK/England/European car magazine/website? Thats about all I can suggest.. I am very sorry, I will have to do some reasearch on euro cars such that I can answer similar questions in the future, but for now my knowledge base is purely USA cars/options... and things are alot different over there... I apologize and good luck with your search...
