Tips on Buying Cars: used car, mrs murphy, car deal

Please Help...
We live in Canada, Ontario and my husband and I
purchased a used vehicle and we want to cancel the agreement. The dealer is not willing to cancel the deal,
they are offering us to buy another vehicle. Is there  anything we can do to get out of this deal and get our money back.

Thanks for your question.  Unfortunalty there isn't much that you can do.  Once you sign the agreements, and paperwork and take delivery of the vehicle off of the dealers premises, you are considered the legal owner.  It is up to the dealership as to whether they want to let you back out of the car deal.  If I were you, I would call up to the dealership and ask to speak to the General Manager, plead your case, and see if they are willing to let you back out.
