Tires: tire upsizing, chev lumina, lumina apv

hi, i have a question on tires i have a chev lumina apv 91' mini van,
and i have 205/65r/15 on them now, could i upsize them to 215/70r/15?

I believe a 1991 Chevrolet Limuna APV came with P215/70R15's - making the P205/65R15's 2 sizes too small and therefore more prone to failure.

But check your vehicle placard which will be on the driver's doorpost.  It will list the original tire size and the proper pressure for that size.

If I am right that the P215/70R15's were the original size, then you need to get rid of those P205/65R15's ASAP.  You are living on borrowed time.
