Question
QUESTION: I currently have a 1981 international paystar with a Cummins Ntc 300 in it ESN:11029356 CPL:0471 Family:093e i am looking for the valve and injector adjustments to run the overhead

ANSWER: There is a a, b, c mark on the accesory drive pully. There will be a raised line on your timing cover that you line a, b, c too.
Pulley    Injector   Valve
A          3         5
B          6         3
C          2         6
A          4         2
B          1         4
C          5         1

Rotate engine to A. you need both intake and rocker levers loos on either 5 or 2 which ever you start at just follow down through the chart i wrote.

Injector: for Top Stop injector loosen locknut and tighten adjusting screw til clearence is removed then tighten a additional turn. loosen adjuster until injector retainer washer touches top stop screw. tighten adjuster to 5-6 inch pounds. hold screw and tighten locknut to 45 ft. lb.

Crossheads: Back adjuster screw out 1 turn hold crosshead against valve and tighten until just touches valve stem and tighten locknut while holding adjuster.

Valves: Intake .011" Exhaust .023"
Theres two methods you can use with toque wrench insert feeler gauge and tighten adjuster to 6 inch pounds and tighten locknut. or do your normal drag method and tighten locknut. Tighten locknuts to 45 ft. lb.

If you have a engine brake please let me know and i will get you the adjustment procedure for that.
Thanks have any more questions feel free to ask.
