Answer
Hello Jason,
I have a fleet, and have had many trucks with that system, and have never had the master cyl break.
My first question is, was the orriginal broken, or did you just replace it for a complete new system?
If so, is there any chance it is the wrong one, and they keep replacing it with the wrong one?
And is it mounting correctly?
This problem puzzles me. Any chance the push rod is not going in straight? Possibly mounted on the wrong side of the clutch pedal lever?

Wish I had an answer for you.
