Truck Repair: blower, resistor pack, chevy pickup

i have a 97 chevy pickup, 2wd. the air conditioning works great except for the fact that the blower is not working anymore. it was kind of working on and off. if i played with the fan switch sometiomes it would come on so i don't think it is a fuse. any ideas?

Hi Mike,
The fan switch itself is a possibility, but there is also a resistor pack behind the glove compartment. Hi speed doesn't use the resistors, though, so if it doesn't run on hi, it narrows it down to the switch, the motor, the motor ground, or the blower relay, or any of the associated wire connectors.
