Vintage Cars: Vacumn Leak, rubber bladder, vacuum lines

Question
I just did purchase a 1980 300d. The person that I purchased the car from had the vacumn pump rebuilt prior to my purchase. The engine will not shut down with the key. The windows on the passenger side will not operate properly, the sun roof will not open and as far as I can tell the climate control may not be working. Am I correct in assuming that these issues are all signs of a vacumn leak?

Answer
yes you are correct, most likely  culprits are
the three way valve located in the drivers door or your vacuum  pull off to turn the car off may have a tear in the rubber bladder , or the ACC vacuum lines behind the radio may be off ( one or more)or you may simply have a line that is broken. Pretty much all vacuum issues are related
Just have to find the offending line/unit

Now the window and sun roof sound mechanical and are not vacuum related - could be fuse , could be operating hardware
