Nissan Forklift's Platinum II Cushion Series includes 15 models, with capacities ranging from 3,000 to 8,000 lbs. Designed for industrial use, Platinum II forklifts use electronic fuel-injected Nissan-built K25 and K21 engines. Engines operate with liquefied petroleum gas, types LPS, LP or dual fuel. Standard equipment on all Platinum II models include a tilt control and single lift lever and a transmission and engine warning system. The operator compartment features a suspension seat, with seat belt, and an overhead guard system. The operation warning system includes a back-up alarm and seat belt indicator. The Platinum II series offers an LCD operating display and PIN security system to guard against theft of unauthorized use. Operators can set service reminders for scheduled maintenance and all models include on-board diagnostic systems. Optional equipment for Platinum II models include a spinner-knob steering wheel, strobe lights, rear work lights and dual-fuel engines, which can operate on liquid petroleum or gasoline.

The SRX Platinum Series offers three forklift models, designed with narrow bodies for working in tight spaces. Capacities range from 3,000 to 4,500 lbs. and all models have 43-inch chassis. Nissan Forklift designed the SRX Platinum series models with 36-volt electrical systems. All three models have a side-stance compartment for the operator and load widths ranging from 30- to 48-inches. SRX Platinum series standard features include switch-powered and automatic power-off, parking brakes, steering tire position indicator and emergency power disconnect. Optional equipment includes a side shifter, rear LED work light, fork height indicator and a freezer package for working in temperatures as low as -20 F.
