2009 Chevy Silverado 2500HD Airbag Setup - Heavy Duty And Hella Low

For the owner of this beautiful ’09 Chevy 2500HD, it was one of those days you just want to forget. He had just picked up his airbagged truck from a "reputable" shop in Northern California, when, during the drive home, he discovered his new truck was no longer roadworthy and unable to safely tow his trailer. After spending thousands of dollars and being without his truck for weeks, he was disappointed and nearly gave up on our great hobby thinking it was pointless to try and customize a truck while keeping it functional. After a chance meeting at Forbidden Fantasy with Aaron Iha, of Chassis by Aaron Iha, the owner opted to try and salvage his new truck and give customizing one last try. Aaron decided to start with a clean sheet of paper and literally removed everything the other shop had installed. Going for style and durability, a new suspension was designed, fabricated, and welded in place. The end result paid dividends as the owner’s truck went from barely tucking tire, to laying outall while being comfortable and strong enough to tow with his fifth wheel.
