Auto Insurance Claims: REGARDING INSURANCE, policy terms

Sir/Madam,
My Father is a Patient. His Both Kidneys are failed and he is regularly taking dialaysis (twice a week) so one of my friend suggested to take medical claim. and so i have taken Medical Insurance and i have paid 35000 forMy Mother/father and myself. I have already told that he is a patient and taking dialaysis can we claim on it. He told since it is pre-existing disease you can claim after 3 months. so i do now they are denying to give claim. They are saying it is pre-existing disease. Please help me out what sjould i do now.

I am unable to answer your question without reviewing a copy of the policy in question.  Normally, pre-existing conditions are indeed excluded from most types of insurance coverages, but to be sure I would have to review the actual policy in question.
